Our production capacity
Our machinery is perfectly suited to the requirements of this sector, allowing us to handle medium to high-volume production, typically ranging from 1,000 to 400,000 parts.
Machining range: Ø10 to 160 mm.
Examples of components machined in our facility: male and female sleeves, plain pins, threaded pins, platform legs, conical half-couplers, angled threaded pins, and more.

Our machine
range
Our CNC machinery enables high-productivity, high-volume manufacturing for quantities exceeding 50,000 parts per year. Additionally, our twin-spindle CNC machines are optimized for series of 50,000 units or fewer. Depending on your project requirements, we can process either bar stock or slugs.
